Conservation efforts at jurong lake park

The park management officials at jurong lake park put up signboards encouraging visitors to conserve water .

The authorities does regular checks by patrolling the sea on a speed boat

The authorities are doing their part to safeguard the natural environment. Their efforts are not very effective as there are still people littering and dead fishes in the water . The authorities and park management should step up and do extra patrolling to make sure that no litter and dead organisms are found in the water.

Part D: Impact on man on jurong lake park

Humans have been littering and causing pollution to the water in jurong lake park.

Plastic bags like this has been often found in the water. This would cause great harm to the aquatic animals there. Those aquatic animals would chew on the plastic bag, thinking it is food and often get chocked, entangled by the plastic bag. Hence, many aquatic animals would slowly die, and as a result, the ecosystem would be largely damaged.
